Core Student Scholarships

A Core Student at ´óÏã½¶µ¼º½ College is a first-time freshman who is not receiving an athletic scholarship or the Good Life Scholarship.

Core Student Merit Scholarships

*Merit scholarships are renewable for 4-years.


Blue & Gold Award - $20,000

High school seniors with a cumulative GPA of 3.5+


Swede Award - $18,000

High school seniors with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 - 3.49


Merit - $15,000

High school seniors with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 - 2.99

Talent Scholarships

Significant talent scholarships are available for Art and Music upon auditions and /or portfolio submissions. Email admissions@bethanylb.edu for more information.


First-Generation Scholarship

The $1,000 scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who are the first to go to college in their family.


Legacy Scholarship

The $1,000 scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who had a parent or grandparent graduate from ´óÏã½¶µ¼º½ College.


Leadership Scholarship

The $5,000 scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who demonstrate leadership in their schools, communities, and churches. This scholarship cannot be combined with an athletic, music, or art talent scholarship.


Kansas Resident

The $1,500 in-state scholarship is awarded to individuals with a Kansas Residency.

  • Student Athletes

    Excellent athletic scholarships are available for athletes and will be awarded by the Athletic Department. Some scholarships with specific rules and limitations cannot be paired with an athletic award. Visit to take the first step. Take your first step by booking a visit


    Athletic Scholarships can also be paired with:

    • Kansas Resident - $1,500
    • First-Generation Scholarship - The $1,500 scholarship awarded to high school seniors who are the first to go to college in their family.

  • Transfer Student Athletes

    Excellent athletic scholarships are available for transfer student-athletes and will be awarded by the Athletic Department. Some scholarships with specific rules and limitations cannot be paired with an athletic award. Take your first step by booking a visit

  • Transfer Core Students

    A Transfer Core Student at ´óÏã½¶µ¼º½ College is a student who is not receiving an athletic scholarship, or the Good Life Scholarship.


    Transfer Core Student Merit Awards

    • Trustees Scholarship - $16,000, cumulative GPA of 3.75+
    • Founders Scholarship - $14,000, cumulative GPA of 3.75+
    • Academic Award - $11,000, cumulative GPA of 2.0 - 2.4

    Transfer Core Student Merit Scholarships can also be paired with:

    One-on-one appointments with the Registrar’s Office are available to discuss transferring credits, GPA, and more.

  • McPherson & Saline County Students

    The Good Life Scholarship

    ´óÏã½¶µ¼º½ College is proud to offer a full tuition scholarship to all graduates from high schools located in Saline or McPherson counties.


    Qualifications:

    • Graduate from a McPherson or Saline county high school. 
    • Fill out a free
    • Submit transcripts showing a 2.0 or above GPA.
    • Get accepted to ´óÏã½¶µ¼º½ College per admissions requirements.

    *Good Life Scholarships do not pair with other ´óÏã½¶µ¼º½ College Scholarships.
